Bloody Mary has been named the world’s most complex cocktail, but Russians do not traditionally mix vodka in a cocktail.
Bloody Mamont is the perfect combination of the traditional Russian «zakuski» – little salty finger food, such as pickled vegetables, enjoyed between straight vodka shots and classic cocktail culture.
50 ml Mamont Vodka, 10 ml pickle juice, 80 ml fresh tomato juice, 10 ml lemon juice, 5 ml horseradish juice, sea salt, black pepper.
Stir to combine all the ingredients, except for the pickle juice and Mamont Vodka, pour into the first curved Mamont shot glass. Rinse the second shot glass with pickle juice, and gently poor the vodka into the glass. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and cherry tomatoes.
