1st of June 2015 marked a celebration with Mamont Vodka’s perfect serve through an ice luge at Sotheby’s in London in line with the Russian Pictures Sale, taking place on the 2nd of June. 2013 marked Sotheby’s 25th anniversary in Russia. In 1988, the company held a ground-breaking sale in Moscow and in 2007, Sotheby’s became the first international auction house to open an office in the city. Over the last 10 years, Russian collectors having spent over $1 billion at Sotheby’s Russian sales. Major auctions of Russian Paintings and Works of Art are held in May and November in London, while Russian Works of Art sales are also held in New York during April and October.
